Nashville Red Cross chapter to offer pet first aid course

Nashville, TN The American Red Cross Nashville Area Chapter has partnered with training experts at Nashville K-9 to offer a Pet First Aid Course for dog owners.
"This course will not only educate the new and seasoned pet owners, but also give some basic knowledge on how to recognize and care for emergencies, illness and injuries in dogs," said Joe Simpson, State Operations Manager for Preparedness Health & Safety Services.
The course will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. at the American Red Cross Nashville Area Chapter Auditorium, located at 2201 Charlotte Avenue. There is a $50 cost.
